Technical Information

Our modular homes are designed to ensure efficiency, thermal comfort, and sustainability, using high-quality construction solutions with excellent energy performance.

High-Performance Insulation – PIR FM Isothermal Panel

The core element of the Pureblok construction system is the PIR isothermal panel (40 kg/m³), with thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/m·K – declared value (aged value = 0.0205 W/m·K), providing outstanding insulation in both winter and summer.

Manufactured in our own factories, this panel can be supplied in various thicknesses, from 40 mm to 200 mm, depending on the requirements of each project. It also has a fire reaction classification of B-S1, d0, ensuring excellent fire performance.

This panel is integrated into a multi-layer solution, with different types of interior and exterior claddings, depending on the finishes selected by the client.
